Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance
Please take notice that, on Monday, February 9, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Kingston, Green Lake County, Wisconsin enacted Ordinance Chapter 28 entitled “An Ordinance Relating to Prohibited and Protected Animals”
This ordinance defines protected and prohibited animals. This ordinance defines prohibited dangerous animals, establishes a process for administrative review of a determination of a protected or prohibited animal or dangerous animal. This ordinance establishes procedures for harboring protected and prohibited animals as well as penalties for violations of this ordinance.
