Rules for Hall Use

  • Decorations must not mark/damage the walls, damages will be billed.
  • Coolers should not leave water stains on carpet, damages will be billed.

  • Take all garbage with you.

  • Floors should be vacuumed and swept.

  • Tables and counters should be washed, please check chairs for food messes.

  • Tables and chairs should be in their original arrangement.

  • Turn off all lights, and make sure the doors are locked. If you opened a window, please close and lock.
  • The key should be returned within 24 hours.

  • The thermostat is on the north wall of the utility room if an adjustment is needed.

  • No minors will be allowed use of the hall without adult supervision.

  • Your security deposit will be returned after our following Board meeting upon a satisfactory inspection.

  • Overnight parking is not allowed.
